We are thrilled to welcome William Espey as the keynote speaker for Recess. Sometimes, we are fortunate to meet someone who leaves a lasting impact on our lives; William Espey is one of them. As the Creative Lead for Chipotle — that’s right, Chipotle — William will bring a wealth of knowledge on all things leadership, creativity, and breaking away from daily routine to find inspiration.
Chad Person, CMO of BowTie.io and internationally exhibited artist, and Javon Mays, National Poetry Slam Champion, will bring ideas on how to free those parts of our minds that will help solve today's unique problems in our lives, our business and our world.
How can the alignment of our mind and body help us stay energized and nourished? Gina Caputo, Founder and Director of the Colorado School of Yoga, will share her insight.
Play fuels new ways of thinking by shedding “what is” in favor of “what could be.” Romain Vakilitabar will share how we can keep a “what could be” mentality.
Let’s explore the process (not the end result) of feeding all the elements of our life that help us thrive. DJ and founder of Eco HipHop and Going Green Bling, DJ Cavem, and certified permaculture designer and cultural strategist, Ashara Ekundayo will be our guides in this exploration.
Facing adversity is a part of the flow of life, and accepting its inevitability leads to growth and wisdom.
